Good location, nice room, reception area and grounds nice, Japanese restaurant is great.

Breakfast buffet is poorly presented and Trader Vic bar/restaurant needs a revamp.

Amazing location. The beach is perfect. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Great selection at breakfast. Very attentive staff.

The resort itself is expensive for drinks and food e.g., the pool bar. We had one lovely meal at Eden but mostly ate out in other restaurants or from the local food shacks further up the beach.

Room was great with lots of room and great facilities. Balcony was large with nice furniture. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. As an example Daryl noticed my wife was not with me at breakfast and offered to make us a package to take to the room. Just one of many.

The open plan nature of the bathroom and glass toilet door! There were night lights but it worked in the bedroom too and I did hurt my leg on the stools at the end of the bed when paying a visit as do not want to wake partner. Should have a sign by AC control saying would not work if balcony door is open.

they have a very long nice beach and a big green area, good riffs for snorkeling ad well

Beautiful location with a gorgeous beach. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fresh fruit and juice.

The air conditioning in our room stopped working several times. We also found that some of the staff were impolite and overheard the staff insulting guests and making fun of them, but overall the majority of the staff were welcoming and professional.

Since 1996 , I have been to the Seychelles about 30 times in many hotels . This is the best hotel on Beau Vallon. In Story the food and breakfasts are the best in Bo Vallon both in quantity and in assortment. Territory, beach, staff. Melissa

Seychelles is an island and there has always been a problem with food, but it gets better every year. There is also a problem with Michelin chefs on the island, the food is simple and in general you should not expect culinary delights or abundance. In some hotels better food , in some hotels worse food, in any case, neither cheese nor fruit will be in bulk, take as much as you want. Mostly you need to order import products separately. They will bring plate with 3 slices of cheese, 2 slices of watermelon, 2 slices of orange or apple. Everything is very modest, nevertheless, in the STORY tSeychelles is an island and there has always been a problem with food, but it gets better every year. Great location and villa room Amazing service

The H Resort was the perfect solution to our holiday. Celebrating 23 years of marriage, we felt like we were on our 2nd honeymoon, and the friendly staff and general atmosphere of the hotel were a big part of that. Food-wise, we keep Kosher, and always try to talk with the local chef to see if he can accommodate our special needs. Well were we in for a surprise - Not only could he, but Chef Kenny came out to talk to us, listened to our requirements and truly made an effort to understand. He went to the full extent to get us what we need and prepared the most exquisite meals for us every evening. The pool environment was lovely, on the whole quiet, with some kids (and some adults) talking loudly , but when the overall is good you feel good and overlook it all. The pool bar is great too;) The hotel is on the beach, we went for walks and rented a canoe free of charge via the hotel. Our room was great, view of the well manicured grounds and partial view of the sea. The room itself is big with a nice size balcony fully equipped with a big sofa with lots of cushions, and a coffee table with 2 chairs. As well as a washing line for your wet swimming gear. Inside the room the bed was big and quite comfy, pillows a bit "shallow" and only on the last day we found some more in the cupboard. The bathroom is huge with both a shower and bath tub, and closed toilet door. Two sinks. Nice design. Big fresh towels every day. The humidity is very high in Seychelles and the room is equipped with a humidifier, a ceiling fan, and an a/c. so if you keep your door closed the room is kept cool. General atmosphere at the hotel is always pleasant, with background music and friendly staff. We're waiting to return!

Not my personal Best , they can Change the menu , it was the same food everyday plus some of the Things were not available from the menu.

Probably as stated as above , the variety of choices for breakfast and More vegetarian options to be available.

We absolutely love the beach and the staff, the highlight for us was the hospitality and tentativeness of the staff. We stayed in the H hotel for our wedding and honeymoon. Once they found out, we were offered an extra room to allow my wife and I to get ready separately on the day of our wedding, they even steamed my wife's wedding dress and my suit complementary and lastly we found the chef Karan a to be a real gem, he would cook us a special meal every night as we had special dietary requirements.

The lights in the rooms could be brighter as the furniture are quite dark and our iron was a little old with no steam option but we had a huge balcony facing the ocean so this didnt really affect us.

The hotel is a beautiful place with natural space which you can walk around at your leisure and enjoy. It is also at the far end of the public Beau Vallon beach which means its excellent for COVID holidays - you don't really need to leave the resort or go far to enjoy 'Seychelles'. Also, the staff were very nice when it came to our wedding day. They arranged a buggy for the bride to take to the car, and also had a lovely cake, fruit and towel decoration waiting for us on our return. Thank you!

The restaurant situation was really disappointing. Yes, I understand that Trader Vics and other premium restaurants couldn't be opened as there were not enough guests, but the variety of menu items on offer was very basic and extremely expensive. I think from a positive standpoint, children would be happy with burger and pizza and fish and chips, but to have the same items for lunch and dinner and at huge prices, was not to my expectations.

Great location. Right next to the beach. Staff was really nice. Colin specially helped us book day tour to different islands. He was really helpful and welcoming. He answered all our questions and gave great suggestions for food and hiking.

Our stay was fantastic. Each and every member of the staff was always willing to help and the property itself is really nice. Well maintained, clean and beautiful, like being in the middle of a botanic park. Thanks for this week!

If I have to metion something, and being super picky, I would appreciate a bit more of variety in the breakfast buffet. However everything was fresh and tasty.

Good service and experienced staff with good standards for a 5 stars unit.

There was some moll on the walls of the suite, not expected on a 5 stars suite.

The food is great, everyday they change for a style.

everything was great! We were upgraded to a villa with private pool, so it was a very nice surprise!

not the hotel's fault, but the beach where the hotel is located on is very windy and therefore the waives are a bit high During Covid, the restaurants of the hotel (except breakfast) are closed
